In my view, the top 5 criteria for city's livability are:- (1) Climate (2) Infrastructure (3) Transportation (4) Housing (5) Safety I live in Rawalpindi and the top five reasons are:- (1) Climate (2) Culture (3) Transportation (4) Safety (5) Job Opportunities My place fullfills the ideal livability criteria by about 60%. Top three locations where I would lke to move are:- (1) Vancouver (2) Toronto (3) Lahore
