Important stocks and flows in my city are the water which comes from a nearby Rawal Lake, food which comes from various parts of the country and the wood as well as cement which are basic construction materials. Above mentioned dependencies indicate the need to adopt more sustainable practices towards stocks and flows. There is a need to be more proactive especially towards the water resources which may become unsustainable as a result of climate change in future.
