1. 4 storey heritage buildings made out of bricks mainly. Chinese characters on the lower side of the buildings. Alleyway between the two buildings. Buildings in pretty bad conditions, need repairs. A Chinese person walking with a bag of groceries. Street floor slightly dirty. 2. From the Chinese characters on the lower side of the building we can assume that the right side building is a mixed use commercial and residential, the one on the left is a hotel and they are located in chinatown or an area where a large part of the population is originally from China. Looks like a low income area from the condition of the buildings and the cleanliness of the streets. 3. Creating a way that the population can identify streets that need repairs and cleaning, the city can implement a system to improve the streetscapes and the quality of life of the citizens.
