Most livable cities are : 1. Melbourne, Australia . 2. Tokyo , Japan 3. Zurich, Switzerland. 4. Vancouver , Canada . 5. Toronto , Canada . Characteristics are Stability in first place , Human rights because the city is built for people and when people have their right the city will become livable , Education is important in quantity and quality that is used , also the Environment is on of most important characteristics because it made the city more Resilience , In the last the infrastructure is also important because it make the life of people much easier and better in transport or even in internet connection . Amman , Jordan : Stability : is the most stable city in middle east and it is characterized by it for along time thanks for politician , army , cops and for its citizens for keeping its safe . Human rights : Jordan in big picture is having very human right level to surrounding countries ( including Israel ). Education : The education level in Amman and other cities in Jordan decrease that is the result of Syrian refugees that enrolled in schools that is causes overcrowding in classrooms and causes a more pressure on educational process. Environment : The environmental awareness is low and does not exceed the limit of knowing solar panels . Infrastructure : The infrastructure level is bad because of the slow and week government solution of problems , some careless citizens who attempted to destroy the public properties ,and the Syrian refugees who increase the population of Jordan more than 30 % from 6.0 million to 9.5 million inhabitant .
