The Traffic Jam app is an app that can be used by citizens to help solve this problem. It helps the citizens to choose their best way to avoid any traffic jam. It also allows the citizens to suggest ideas to help stop this problem . In addition , the app sends these suggestions and the traffic jam readings to the authorities.
