1. Being a woman, the safety and comfortable aspect plays an important role in how ai perceive a city. If I am working for govt. and I am in capacity to change the policy, I would ensure good lighting for the entire city including the interior roads. Also, the city should be programmed such that everyone should be able to access it equally. Dead ends may lead to less safety. So altogether safe city is a city with spacious roads and occupied spaces with good lighting at night
