1.-The most livable cities I know are Toronto Canada, Vancouver Canada, Mexico City, Bogota, Colombia, Merida, Mexico. 2.- I have lived in Toronto and Mexico city. I consider that a livable city should give to its citizens: 1)Safety and Security, 2)access to job opportunities, 3)health care, 4)clean environment, 5) education and public transportation 3.- My home city Toronto provides security and safety but recently the gun incidents are increasing, the city has one of the strongest economies of the country. There is a Universal access to health care. The city has in place an active program to protect the environment and protect the green belt from development. The Public transportation is well connected but is on of the most expensive of the country. The Education is free up to high school. Currently the city ranks as one of the 10 more livable cities in Global Liveability Index 2019.
