The cities that I found to be most livable would be Overland Park(Kansas), Fort Collins( Colorado), Sioux Falls(South Dakota), Madison(Wisconsin), and Rochester(Minnesota). the reason i choose these cites are because of there low crime rates and for there good economies. p.s this picture was not taken by me
