a. Provisioning services The desalinated water supply and power production are managed by the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA). At 40.6 MiGD, the Umm Al Nar storage is the largest water source for Abu Dhabi, followed by the rivers Shuweihat and Taweelah. b. Regulating services Two large WWTP (Mafraq and Zakher) and additionally approx. 30 small (less than 5000 m3/day of treatment capacity) were also built in different regions to treat water, protect the environment, and preserve human health. Future plans involve long wastewater tunnel to meet future demand with varying sizes to accommodate a range of flows. c. Habitat or Supporting services Mangrove national park d. Cultural services The saadiyat district, nicknamed the "Island of happiness" is a cultural tourism district, houses iconic cultural institutions like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi (under construction), Abu Dhabi Performing arts Center (under construction) Cultural foundation and national theater The first Hindu Temple under construction The Grand mosque Presidential palace Emirates palace Grand Prix Stadium
