I think the most important stocks and flows in Jakarta are its people, food, and information. The people in Jakarta is not always its inhabitant. This flow of people is characterized by those who came just to work, newly went into the city from outside, and those who leave the city. Because of the large number of people in Jakarta, the demand for food is also significant. The foods are mostly grown and produced outside of Jakarta; this makes the food a stock and flow product. As for information, Jakarta leads to be the forefront of the country's information. There are lots of libraries in Jakarta, and the national library is also located in Jakarta. One of the country's best universities also is located in Jakarta. Most of the country's leading news sources are also located in Jakarta. All of that shows how people, food, and information are important stocks and flows for Jakarta.
