I am Amr Habis from Riyadh,Saudi Arabia. I would presume that the most liveable cities are 1.Melbourne, 2.london, 3. Vienna, 4. Sydney and 5. london. many factors may support why these rating are given. Based on the health care systems and facilities , level of education,entertainment, public areas, safety, infrastructure and economic health. The mentioned cities are scoring well in the perspectives I mentioned.
