Milan is a city based on fashion tourism. this means that a flow of tourists come from all over the world to buy clothes that are stocked in the shops, and this brings a flow of money that makes Milan very rich. During the quarantine there was a net decrease in the flow of tourists which led to an increase in unsold and stored goods.
