Earlier buildings were concentrate don form and function ,but now a days we rely on software to make the building more sustainable and to make the building a intelligent one.The above is the picture of a church which is constructed in early times it had no integration of any software for its safety and security,they made the safety aspects only with the building form.Now a days with advancement in technology we can make the building fully safe by combining many software systems like Fire alarm systems and CCTV systems onto the buildings.We can reduced the reduce the energy consumption of the building by having automatic sensor lights which was not possible in earlier times as they had to rely on a manual method to control and operate the lighting systems.We even now have automatic watering system to the landscape which was earlier done manually.With advancement in technology we have a automatic glass cleaning robots which senses the level of dust accumulated and cleans it by itself.all the human labor involved is reduced when software is incorporated in the building.
