I usually take rout 1, mainly the bus and I get out and walk only to cross busy intersections located near parks in which the it is more pleasant to walk than to stay the same amout of time or more in a crowded bus. I take route 2 if it is a very nice day and i have a very light schedule, as in my mind it takes me longer. i was surprised to realize that its almost the same amount of time... but what happens in reality is that i stop to get a cup of coffee, or a take another alley trough the park and it mount to a few more minutes If I feel sick, or now that we are living in a pandemic I usually go by car as the bus is always mega crowded and i usually have to stand the whole way to work
