FRIENDS-Pool vs. Big-Capital-Investors My idea is to open an online pool where people can register if they are interested in buying a multi-family building together with others. That way, powerful groups of privat friends can bet against big capital investors to buy their own property. Today it is difficult to buy anything except for the small house in the outskirts or the flat in a large building from anonymous developers. If groups of people/friends are able to buy and develop property the quality of the buildings will increase and they get the real price without having to pay profit to anyone. The online platform would just ask in which area you wish to live and how much you can invest. Then, thorgh a matchmaking process it will form groups of people and support the process of bidding for property as well as the later planning and forming of a community.
