Greetings! I am Sahit from Vijayawada, India. 1. I usually take a mixed route of private(3km),local train(48km), public(3km) transports to reach my university. 2. The alternate routes includes going whole by private own vehicle (58 km) , And again a mixed transport of private(2km),bus(18km),walk(120m),bus(37km),public(3km). 3. I preferred using mentioned first route. a) Route 1 : Doesn't involves any walking activity. Simpler in terms of overall journey compared to other two routes as major part was through local train. b) Route 2 : This includes going all the way through my own two wheeler. It was pleasant riding at times but one can not travel continuously for years by this means as it includes more physical strain, traffic issues, pollution etc. c) Route 3 : This was hectic compared to other two because of multiple connections. No direct bus connection was there from my hometown to university. Time consumption was also too more compared to other two routes. Though it involves some minimal walking, it was negligible when compared to overall discomfort in this process.
