There is a problem in my city where public buildings are being abandoned because they no longer serve the community, for example in some neighborhoods there are these small libraries that now are abandoned because the public no longer needs them. I want to propose an app where the people can decide the new purpose of public buildings, where depending on their location they can submit ideas of new ways to use these public spaces, this will be a receptive process because the building will adapt to the new needs of the society and it this process the building will no longer be obsolete. The app will work by first acknowledging the location of the user and will send the layouts of the public places that are in the 800 m radius, then the user will select the buildings he is interested in and will propose changes and adjustments to the layout, these proposals will be send to a database so the city planners can start adapting these buildings based on the ideas of the community.
