This is a little village called Ratnagiri, a few hours away from the city of Mumbai. This village uptill 2014 had major electricity, water and food problems. There was a scarcity of schools, hospitals and no proper roads. STARTUP VILLAGE, is an initiative of the government of India along with a few private investors that have changed the lives of the villagers of Ratnagiri and 724 other similar villages.
