I would start by surveying that neighborhood to find out how unsafe they feel and around what time. I would do this in order to gain information that might be useful. I will also plan on installing blue lights. Blue Lights are pillars that you can find around college campuses where a student or passerby can press a button and local authorities and campus security will be informed. It will also have security cameras and bright lights attached to them which will record all day and night and also keep the streets as lit up as possible.
