1. Safety, health care, transportation, job opportunities, infrastructure. 2. I live in San Antonio de los Altos, the most important reason for it is Culture, since I’ve lived here my entire life. Job opportunities are important because I am close to Caracas, so we have decent Transportation and Economy as well. Safety is higher than other cities. 3. Safety 75, Health care 55, transportation 70, job opportunities 60, infrastructure 55. General livability would be about 60. 4. This city depends too much on Caracas, so health and infrastructure is very basic here, that is something that should be improved, and that way, improving this zone would increase job opportunities without having to depend on another city. Safety is a big problem throughout the country and something very important to me and I hope it can be higher in the future. 5. I would move to Madrid (Spain), Brussels (Belgium) and Toronto (Canada). These places have very good standards from my top list from question 1, as well as great international connectivity, which I don’t really consider right now, since I live in a country with only one international airport, but outside of here I do think is very important.
