1. The most important stock and flows in my city are found as: Lab our (migrating people), land and capital. 2. On the concept of stock and flows and as per this picture, we can say that labor came from different parts of the country indicating that the labors form the migrating people, that enter into the place of wok, do their work and then leave. Second is the land, which is transferred from one person to another. This land was purchased by the current owner from some other person. Third is the capital, when the labor get their daily wages, they move with the capital to different parts of the country, which results in the movement of capital. 3. These stocks and flows will change when the migrating workers shift completely in the city and help in the development of city by living over there. Their involvement will help in saving their transportation cost and will increase the productivity in the city by saving their time.
