The most changing city stock in Caracas is the people. The flow of people leaving the city (usually leaving the country) is ever-growing, which reduces the amount of citizens here. On the other hand, Caracas is also experiencing inner migration, because the services -while they fail frequently- are better than in the rest of the country, so people move here with the hope of getting a slightly better quality of life. In Venezuela, because there's currently no production on the oil fields, the stock of gasoline in cities is low. The flow of gasoline really changes the dynamics: it's visible when the stocks are very low and so is the flow coming in, because, people rely on cars for daily activities, and right now gas stations are getting long lines of cars waiting for the trucks to refill the tanks in the stations. Finally, the electricity stock could be much higher, if the hydroelectric system worked as it was built, but because of lack of investment and maintenance, it works at a third of capacity, which is not enough to supply the entire country. An important example is the blackouts of March 2019, which could last more than 96 hours.
