My idea is having an app where people can report any mis-design or problem in the services and infrastructure by taking a picture and asking them to fill a structured form. The problems would be classified according to type and division within the public authority and municipality. Based on the number of reports, the specific problem or issue will be prioritized and dealt with in the best manner possible. The exact design decision could be participatory by involving the public themselves, however, not for all of the issues reported as some of them might not require public involvement in the fixing phase since they might be purely technical.
