I've taken this picture from a building at Paulista Avenue, Sao Paulo. In that we can see the impact of the transportation infrastructure, the Paulista Avenue is one of the most important Avenues of Sao Paulo, so it’s very important for the mobility of the city but that is not all, this avenue has also a large amount of buildings such as hotels, museums and offices making this whole complex very dependent on the energy infrastructure. Beyond the need for power, a very large amount of buildings there work 27/7 with air conditioning systems, increasing the need for electricity. In the picture the cables are not visible because in this part of the city the power cables are underground.
