This structure is the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center or ARTIC. Its most defining feature is the ETFE covering. ETFE is is a fluorine-based plastic, which has many advantages such as: long life, burn resistance, low cost, and highly corrosive resistant. This particular ETFE is called Texlon, which is produced in Europe and South Asia by Vector Foiltec.
