I live in Ccs, Vzla and it's a city thats surrounded by a big mountain, called El Avila. 1.Provisioning services: there are strawberry plantations in some areas of the mountain; a large number of waterfalls, rivers and streams that offer fresh water. The aloe vera and eucalyptus trees found there are used in alternative medicine. 2.Regulating services: The Avila acts as a regulator of air quality in the city and among its forests insects carry out the pollination of plants and trees. There are about 1,800 plant species. 3.Supporting services: El Avila offers fresh water, fruits and habitat for its species. Its forests are home to more than 120 species of mammals, 20 amphibians, 30 reptiles and about 500 species of birds. The great number of birds is an important factor in the pollination. 4.Cultural services: In the city it is common that on Sundays people go up to Avila, from several access points. They can arrive in Jeeps to the area dedicated to the commerce and sale of food, called Galipan. A tourist attraction is the cable car, which takes you to the top of the mountain where you get an iconic hotel and views of the Caribbean Sea.
