In Buenos Aires we can se a population stock and flow changing during day and night in downtown. That's because is a big city with two areas. One is the Capital in where most of the day activities happens and the other is the Conurban in where most of the population lives. So in the picture you can see the main peatonal street of the Capital during the day time full of people, but at night the same space is completly empty.
