Uploaded on 2020-07-25 by Michael Tesone
In this photo, is a condominium construction site in Mid town Toronto The visible information that you can see in this photo is the increase of traffic, due to the new condominium that is being built, and the road maintenance to accommodate the new construction site. Two piece of invisible information 1) The number of residence and the impact that a new condominium can have in the community. Impacts such as, traffic, newer or outdated retail stores, or age group that will influence this area 2) The affect a new condominium will have on the housing market in this particular area In point 1, areas with dense in smaller condos or high rises tend to increase traffic flow from vehicles. Knowing this information, we can then plan and build an efficient transportation service for the population in this area that best fits their needs. They can connect areas of interest within Toronto, or up North to uptown Toronto.
