In my idea, having litter in the pavements or on grass is the worst thing in Toronto. So I always think maybe there is not enough garbage bins on the streets and lanes and some people prefer to use curbside as their bin! Having an app to report dirty and polluted area to the City to take care of that area would be a good idea. Coffee cups, cigarette butts, gloves and so many items are seen every day in different places at the city and they make the city a unclean and inappropriate place to live. Collaborating with City to report the polluted places or share with community to have some participates to clean that neighborhood can help the citizens to live in a better, cleaner and more beautiful place to live. With letting people in the neighborhood to know about the harmfulness of throwing garbage, we can teach them to keep garbage and throw in the bin, and City have to put more bins in the streets.
