The stocks in City of Pune are Historical monuments,landscape and new buildings.The flows in the city are people ,vehicles ,commodities.There is a flow of thousands of people in and out of city for various reasons like education,healthcare,job,business,etc People from different parts of India come to the city for education while some reside for job while others leave after completing the education .This flow is going on since last few decades.Due to flow of people and tourism ,industrial,business activities ,there is flow of vehicles in the metropolitan region.There is production of automobiles ,IT industries so there is flow of materials in the area. Considering various aspects though the city is developed economically ,it needs a proper attention towards spatial planning .As there are lots of vehicles,the problems arising are traffic jams,pollution ,creation of one-way route.etc.As the population of migrants is high,affordable housing and renting is needed,as most of the population comprises of students ,creations of hostels can be sufficient and economical.
