This is the corner of intersection from my neighborhood, my house is right at the corner opposite to the glass store. Photo was taken in a coffee shop. The visible information in this pics, clearly show the traffic flows, the stores density. Also, cars and bikes percentage on the street can be tracked. But in term of same area- 5-10-20 years ago, that is a total different stories of urbanization, and the speed of it. In previous 20 years, this is the rural area, 1-2 houses around with rain-pond and lake and garbage gathered areas. In 10 years later, year 2020, it's become the main axis of the district, gained huge amount of traffic flows everyday, and the infrastructure was downgraded as demand was over as expected. In 5 years later, 2015, the street was re-constructed, get overall height upgraded, new asphalt covered in order to avoid flooding, become the main way to get to the biggest mall established in vicinity in 2014. From there I can see 1/ how urbanization occurs every year 2/ How people react and get profit from there position 3/ How real estate development and inflationary happens in the city, make the area become 100+times
