I live in Mumbai, India and accordig to the Sankey diagram of my county, According to me, the largest producers are Oil products and biofuels and waste. while the largest consumers are residential households. This is only because of the high population in the coutry. In my opinion, th ways energy consumption can be reduced is by encouraging the usage of green projects in the form of electric vehicles, solar operated machines, reducing use of public transport etc. Here is a picture taken from my house and the surroundings. It gives a brief idea of the flow of energy between vehicles to buildings to other activities carried out by human beings.
