JKT City app is an application to keep citizens especially in Jakarta engaged with the government to improve a better aspect of life in the city. Users can report problems to the government. The features are traffic, environment, drainage, security, construction, pests, electricity, cleanliness, flood, and others if there any problem has not appeared in options. They choose the topic, then choose the detail location or address and give some information like date and time after that they can take a picture or video that become a proof and explain about the problem. Users will be waiting until relevant local authority give a quick response. The response will appear in the app as notification and it will be shown as a photo before and after as a proof the issue is already complete. The user can give rating, comments related to the performance and how quick the response from government.
