This photo shows 3 different neighborhoods in the North side of Curitiba: Bacacheri (first plane), Cabral (far left) and Ahú (far fight). The area has different buildings (skyscrapers, houses and small offices) and also green areas making the region very pleasant to live. Mainly the skyscrapers are allowed just in main streets (max. 26 Floors). In other areas the city masterplan allows just buildings with max. 7 floors or houses. Invisibles: - Cabral is located in a hill with a very pleasant view of the entire city. Therefore, a ground area there is expensive and consequently mostly buildings are skyscrapers, mainly with 26 Floors (max allowed). - In area shown in the photo the city masterplan allows in some parts just houses, in other building with max 7 floors, and other skyscrapers with max. 26 floors, therefore the area presents different densities and traffic. - Bacacheri has mainly houses and has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. - Ahú mainly have residential buildings with max. 7 floors. According to your preferences you can find a very nice place to live in Ahú, Bacacheri or Cabral.
