Hello, i'm Xenofon Trachanis and i am going to present three examples of stocks and flows in my area Kato Achaia and its outskirts.First and foremost my area is an originally tourist area and that comes out of the fact that the whole year round and more specifically during summertime,a lot of tourists all over the world,visit it.Two are the main factors of tourist flows here, Araxos Airport as well as Patras Port, both of which are too close to my place (about 15-20 km away).Another important example of stocks and flows entering my area is the hundreds of illegal immigrants who come here to work in strawberry or potato plantations existing,in order to gain and save money to manage to immigrate to European countries for a better future.Finally,i could refer to the fact that million tons of oil are produced here as well as in a big part of my country.A great quantity of these tons is consumed among the inhabbitants and another big one is sold in many countries around the world.Oil production combined with demand here makes Kato Achaia one of the regions with the largest stock in Greece.
