This is an urban area where different uses converge, such as Industrial, residential, and commercial. There is a highway and slums in the hills. Next to the factory is the Guaire river, which is deeply contaminated as you can notice. INVISIBLE INFORMATION: - Road routes - Dynamic of the area (inhabitants' dynamic) Dynamic of the area: There are different uses in the zone, but none of them lead to the inhabitants to enjoy the spaces of it. We can think of it as a “bedroom area”, where people go to work and comeback to sleep. This leads to insecurity because of how lonely it gets after 6pm. This information is crucial in urban planning because we can start to think of ways to increase the safetiness sensation of the inhabitants, for example by making or enabling recreational spaces, attractive yet suitable commercial buildings, or mixed edifications.
