I could not send a good photo due to CoVid regulations- I have to stay home. The most important flow that is present where I live (Cumbaya, a little valley near Quito) is all the students coming from different provinces to study for their undergrad at USFQ ( the university is a stock of the valley). This flow has shaped the valley into being an area full of entertainment like gyms, restaurant and bars. CoVid has affected most of these, because all students are back home and there is no longer that demand leading to bankrupcy of at least 10% of these businesses. Another stock is Cumbaya's pleasant weather. It has led a lot of foreign people to settle here, and as a result there are a lot of diverse stores. Also, the nice weather encourages outdoor activities and as a result, walking pathways (chaquiñan and reservorio) , bike lanes and parks (green areas in general) are an integral part of the area. Overall, this is has led Cumbaya to be one of the most desirable places to live in the Capital.
