RuedaBusCcs is the app needed in Caracas. It will allow the users to visualize the route in real time of the buses associated to the system in order to know the waiting time and the units available. Also they will be able to place a “on-demand” status, once the user agree to wait the estimated time, and this will allow to count how many spots in the bus are need or how many buses must attend an specific Stop in order to fulfill the demand. This will improve the public transport service by attending the actual need of the most congestion routes with buses of others routes with low demand. Furthermore, this will prevent the designation of unnecessary units in some routes at a certain hour or day by using them in the optimum way when responding to a real-time demand.
