Food The food is a flow in London because comes from global sources. Capital As capital is a virtual entity, it has a different effect on the shape, size, and live-ability of a city than material stocks and flows, such as concrete or water. Yet there is a strong relation between the location and the spatial quality of the city, and the flows and stocks of capital.
