one of the biggest problems of Esmeraldas is the fact that there is a bad infrastructure for the water system of the whole city. Since I was born and that was 20 years ago, we have been dealing with the same problem with the water supply and how the water gets to the whole city basically most of the inhabitants of this city don't have water every single day in a constant way in a whole year there has been never a solid flow for the water in order to get it everywhere in the city at the same time. Also the place where water is accumulated in Esmeraldas has never been improved, that's one of the main reasons that everyone cannot get water everyday constantly and also it's really important to improve this infrastructure because the city depends on it
