The image was taken at the Open Palm park in Chandigarh, India. This is a part of the Capitol Complex designed by Le-Corbusier in his signature style, exposed concrete and blunt forms. The complex was designed during the late 20th century made in reinforced concrete, which at the point was not highly manufactured in India. There were lesser outposts and the technology to produce high quality mixes, the technology was modern and did not belong to the native land. Hence, city in terms of construction has always been a global economic function.
