this is a picture of the nearest city near me. This is the urban area of Stockton. In this picture the scene looks very vacant. That is because this is taken around 7PM, and the rush hour, which takes place around 5PM, is long over. If you look closely then you can see a metal silo looking object in the background. This is a black walnut factory, it is considered to be one biggest black walnut factory's in the world. The annual people flow of Stockton is highest during the month of September. this is because of the annual festival that they do every year, giving the small city a huge economic boost. The people flow i lowest during the winter months, this because it is too cold for boaters, who are attracted to Stockton lake, to go boating. Stockton is defiantly smaller than your average city. This is because city counsel members have voted to keep it that way.
