Out of all sectors, Romania has the most exports and imports in services. About 24,6% of Romanian exports are in the service sector providing and immense outward flow of tourism, transport, finance, insurance and ICT services. The gross exports in the services sector is of $26,25 billion and the gross imports in the same sector are $16,39 billion. The biggest stock for Romania is probably its land because there was no addition of land, only minimal coastal erosion from the Black Sea. By far the most significant flow in Romania is the flow of people. Between 2005 and 2010, 174391 people emigrated out of Romania and only 74155 emigrated in. The working population is leaving to other countries leaving a very weak work force and immensely high dependency ratios. The brain drained country is left with a weak economy and therefore affecting the funding for health care, transport construction and public spaces. I think the government could implement schemes to attract its people from foreign countries to Romania. There could be higher salaries for people completing education in a foreign system and foreign investment would also be helpful because it would create a flow of capital and people.
