This photo was taken in the country side, as you can see, it is a not very populated sector, since it does not have a sewage system, which causes rainwater to be diverted through the roads damaging them. Since it does not have this service, it is a place where the construction of houses and buildings is not easy. With the respective flow management, this place can become a very habitable construction sector.
