I consider the immigrants arriving to the city as the first important stock and flow. Then, I consider that imports of new construction materials are of utmost importance for a Latin American country because it allows us to develop new urban plans in accordance with the new realities. Finally, our renewable energy sources are important for the development of new sustainable cities that allow less damage to the environment. We need that the new constructions apply some renewable energies we have to guarantee a better development of stocks and flows.
