This is a photo of Beijing Railway Station taken in June 2019. That time was not a peak travel season but there is still a large number of passengers present. The transportation infrastructure in China is predominant. It has the longest high-speed railway track of the world, more specifically even longer than the sum of length all other countries. Due to its large population, the government decide to develop its railway service in order to satisfy citizen's need and try to avoid to create any difficulty for citizens to travel within the country. The flexible and affordable price makes a lot of citizens, especially middle class workers, rely on. For example, during the Chinese New Year, more than 440 million train tickets were sold. In order words, without the railway infrastructure, the traffic in China may have already collapsed.
