I would define livability as a set of factors that enable the full development of life in a site-specific according to the values and priorities of each perspective, fulfilling the expectations of what is quality of life. My ranking of livability: 1- Opportunity; 2- Neighborhood; 3- Transportation; 4- Environment; 5- Housing; 6- Health; 7- Engagement. San Francisco, CA | 64 | 62 | -2 | | Boston, MA | 63 | 58 | -5 | | Houston, TX | 50 | 52 | +2 | Putting opportunity as the most important criterion in my ranking, neighborhood in second, transportation in third, environment and housing with the same importance, and health and engagement as the least important, significantly changed the total scores of the livability of each city. The biggest cause of the decrease in San Francisco is due to its percentage of opportunity being below average. On the other hand, Houston increased its score, even with a percentage of opportunities not unlike San Francisco, due to the division of importance weights, mainly the top three, and the fact that its lowest score is also the least important in the ranking.
