A.Stock: Natural resources, Flow:people Ecuador is known for being a megadiverse country. Quito has spectacular landscapes as well as rainforest and mountains in a relatively small territory. Many local, north-american and european tourists visit Quito to a enjoy excursions in the rainforest. For example, there is a hotel called Mashpi Lodge which is located in the center of a rainforest and is well known worlwide. Other places that allowto appreciate Quito´s natural resources that attract hundred of people would be Quilotoa or Mindo. B. Stock: Centro Histórico, Flow: people Centro Histórico is a place in which the oldest houses of Quito are. This place shows the way colonial Quito used to look, how spanish conquerors managed art, religion and indigenous people. So this place is of a great cultural, artistic and historical value to foreign historians and local people. C. Stock: Subway, Flow: people The subway is a new implementation in Quito and it will improve the transportation for many people. Out of the three examples, I imagine, hopefuly, that only the subway will change in the future. It would consume less energy and use solar or wind energy and it would improve the functioning of Quito.
