This graph shows a Sankey diagram of the total energy flows in the boundary of the project site Orona Ideo. The incoming sources are biomass and network electricity, and the rest of the energy is produced onsite. This analysis is based on real data and no energy discriminations are applied, so all kind of energy use is considered for this tertiary buildings, including the one for the activity (office and research buildings). The only CO2 emmissions correspond to the burning of the biomass and the CO2 emmissions offsite to generate the consumed network electricity. The adoption of a green electricity supplier would reduce the carbon footprint to practically zero.
