There is no Report on Indian Climate Policy in the given link. India committed to achieve about 40 percent cumulative electric power installed capacity from non-fossil-fuel energy resources by 2030. Country had made many Acts under Environment Development like : • Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. • Biological Diversity Act, 2002. • Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. • Forest Conservation Act, 1980. • Indian Forest Act, 1927. • National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. • Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act of 2001. • Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991. Its great that India is taking some contribution towards the sustainability to enhance environmental conditions to better. Still it needs to be focused on the Energy consumption, energy supply alternatives, for better future.
